MyStage.AI offers you complete control over your subscription, enabling you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time directly from your account settings.
There are no cancellation fees, and any remaining credits stay in your wallet after cancellation until they expire.

This guide explains how to manage your plan smoothly, ensuring you don’t lose progress or access.

⚙️ How to Change Your Plan

You can switch to a higher or lower plan anytime.

1. Go to Account Settings → Billing → Subscription
2. Click “Change Plan”
3. Select your new plan
4. Confirm the change

Your new plan activates immediately:

• Upgrading adds new credits right away.
• Downgrading applies after your current billing period ends.

❌ How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to stop automatic renewals:

1. Go to Account Settings → Billing → Subscription
2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
3. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

Once canceled:

• Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can continue generating and publishing normally.
• Remaining credits will stay available until they are used.

⚠️ After cancellation, your plan will not renew automatically, you’ll need to re-subscribe manually if you wish to continue.

🧾 Viewing Renewal Dates

You can always check your renewal date under:

• Account Settings → Billing → Subscription
  This shows the exact time your next payment will process (monthly or yearly).

• Any remaining credits remain in your wallet after cancellation until they expire.
• They can still be used normally across all MyStage tools.
• You can also top up with One-Time Credit Packs at any time.
