Our Refund Policy ensures that you’re protected in case of failed generations, billing errors, or platform-related malfunctions.

This article explains when you’re eligible for a refund, how refunds are processed, and how to request one if needed.

Refunds are available in the following cases:

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Expired credits or unused allocations

⚙️ Automatic Refunds for Failed Generations

If a generation fails for technical reasons:

  • The system automatically detects and refunds the corresponding credits within minutes.
  • You’ll see the adjustment under Account Settings → Billing

If the refund doesn’t appear within an hour, you can request a manual review (see below).

If your issue wasn’t resolved automatically:

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Tool Name]”
  3. Include:
    • Your username or email
    • Generation ID (from History tab)
    • Screenshot or output link (if any)
    • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team reviews all refund requests within 48–72 hours.
Approved refunds are issued as credits or direct payment reversals depending on the case.


đź§© Subscriptions & Credit Purchases

Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing → Subscription.
  • Cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund already issued credits.
  • If you were charged after canceling, contact support for resolution.

One-Time Credit Purchases

  • All one-time credit packs are non-refundable once used.
  • If credits were never applied to your wallet due to a system delay, they’ll be restored after verification.
