🧠 Overview

Your MyStage.AI account serves as your central hub across the entire MyStage ecosystem, encompassing both MyStage.AI and MyStage.Social.
From a single login, you can manage all your creator profiles, content, wallet, and referral rewards.

This article explains how to edit your account information, manage multiple profiles, and link your activity across both platforms.

👤 Updating Account Information

To edit your account details:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Profile.
  2. Update your name, username, profile picture, cover image and bio.
  3. Click Save Changes.

You can also:

  • Change your password under Security → Change Password.
  • Add or update your profile picture for visibility across both platforms.

💡 Changes made on MyStage.AI automatically sync to your MyStage.Social profile.

🪪 Unified Login Across Platforms

Your MyStage.AI login also grants you access to MyStage.Social — no need for separate accounts.
Both platforms share:

  • The same credentials
  • The same wallet and credit balance
  • The same referral tracking system

This unified system ensures a seamless workflow between content creation and audience interaction.

🧍 Managing Profiles Under One Account

Every user can create and manage multiple profiles under the same account.
Each profile has its own:

  • Username and display name
  • Profile image and bio
  • Followers, posts, and analytics

However, all profiles share:

  • The same wallet balance
  • The same credit system
  • The same referral dashboard

This is ideal for creators managing multiple niches, brands, or characters from one central account.

  • To create a new profile:
Go to Account Settings → Profile.
  • Click Add Profile and follow the instructions.

🔁 Switching Between Profiles

To switch profiles:

  1. Click your Profile icon in the top bar.
  2. Select Switch Profile.
  3. Choose the profile you want to manage.

You’ll instantly switch context to the Creator Studio, history, and analytics update based on that profile.

🔁 Transferring Profiles Between Accounts

MyStage allows creators to transfer full ownership of a profile to another user’s account, for example, moving a profile to a new owner.

🧭 How to Transfer a Profile

  1. Go to Account Settings → Profile (or directly via https://mystage.ai/settings#profile).
  2. Select the profile you want to transfer.
  3. Click “Transfer Profile.”
  4. Enter the email address of the destination account.
  5. Confirm the transfer.

Once completed:

  • The profile is moved permanently to the new owner’s account.
  • The new owner gains full access to all associated posts, followers, and analytics.
  • The profile will no longer be accessible from your account.

⚠️ Important:
Profile transfers are irreversible. Once a profile is transferred, it cannot be undone or retrieved by the previous owner.

🌐 Shared Wallet Between Platforms

All profiles share one unified wallet and credit balance across:

  • MyStage.AI (content generation)
  • MyStage.Social (subscriptions, tips, boosts)

This means:

  • You can use credits earned from social activity to generate new AI content.
  • Subscriptions or tips received on MyStage.Social stay accessible across all profiles under your account.

⚡ Efficiency Tip: If you manage several brand profiles, you can allocate one wallet balance without needing separate payments or plans.

🧠 Best Practices

  • Keep profile bios distinct if you manage multiple niches (e.g., art, modeling, music).
  • Use consistent branding across profiles to establish a recognizable identity.
  • Assign different focus areas to each profile (e.g., one for AI art, another for influencer content).
  • Regularly check your default profile before publishing to avoid cross-posting under the wrong brand.
