How do credits work?

Credits are the internal unit used to generate content on MyStage.AI.
Each AI model requires a specific number of credits per generation depending on:

  • The tool used (Flux, Veo, Kling, etc.)
  • The output type (image, video, audio)
  • The quality level and duration

You can view the exact cost before generating.


2. Do credits expire?

Yes, expiration depends on your plan:

  • Monthly plans: credits expire 3 months after issue.
  • Yearly plans: credits expire 12 months after issue.
  • One-time purchases: credits are valid for 12 months.

You’ll always see your active and expiring credits in your Credit History panel.


3. Can I top up credits anytime?

Yes. You can purchase one-time credit packs directly from your dashboard without affecting your active subscription.

These top-ups are perfect when:

  • You run out of credits mid-project.
  • You want to test new tools without upgrading your plan.

4. What happens if a generation fails?

If a generation fails due to technical issues:

  • Credits are automatically refunded within minutes.
  • If not, contact [email protected] for manual review.

Refunds appear in your Credit History, labeled as “Refunded Generation.”


5. Do I get discounts with a yearly subscription?

Yes yearly subscribers receive:

  • 10% less cost.
  • Extended validity (12 months).
  • Early access to new models and beta features.
